While we aim to ensure your 510-batteries work great right out of the box, below are some common vape pen troubleshooting tips to get your vape pen back in working order:
1. Please ensure the battery is on by click 5x, the lights on the bottom should illuminate when on
2. Ensure your battery is no in BLUE/DAB mode, to cycle out of dab mode click 2x
3. If you're pulling and not getting vapor this could indicate and clog or connection issue
4. Try pressing & holding on the stylus tip to preheat your cartridge. When the lights blink the preheat is complete. Trying drawing on your cartridge again.
5. To fix a connection issue, please raise the connection of your battery 1-2 mm using something small like a paperclip. You are trying to raise the center disk of the pen slightly to fix the issue.
