How to Use the O.pen 2.0 Rapid Charger
To activate Rapid Charge Mode, simply swipe your finger across the logo on the charger and the light will change from orange to red once Rapid Charge Mode is activated. When fully charged, the light on the USB and battery will turn green. Replacement chargers are now available individually for your O.pen 2.0 battery. Troubleshooting
Our 510 batteries should work straight out of the box. If yours is not, these five checks fix most problems.
- Make sure the battery is on. Click five times; the lights at the base illuminate when it is.
- Make sure it is not in blue dab mode. Click twice to cycle out of it.
- Drawing with no vapour usually means a clog or a connection issue.
- Press and hold the stylus tip to preheat the cartridge. The lights blink when the preheat is done. Try drawing again.
- For a connection issue, lift the centre pin of the battery 1–2 mm with something small like a paperclip so it meets the cartridge.
